Online Consultation
The scheduling link allows you to pick a custom duration and timing for your session.
Instructions for online consultation: If this is your first appointment (online through Calendly), please a) book at least a 30-minute appointment and b) fill in the ‘First Consultation’ form prior to the session.

In-Person Consultation
I am available for in-person consultation sessions at the Dr. LH Hiranandani Hospital, Powai on Thursdays from 2pm to 8 pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 12 noon respectively, and the Holy Spirit Hospital on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 12:30 pm. These appointments can be booked online using the Hospital booking on 022 71023500 or through their website.


Hospital Specific Instructions:
– In-person consultations at Holy Spirit Hospital follow a token system and cannot be booked online.
– Dr. LH Hiranandani Hospital allots sessions of 20 minutes duration using the link provided here. Please book multiple slots if you want a longer duration. Each slot is chargeable separately as per the hospital rules.

Policies

Booking and Payment Policy:
Payment for the appointment must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to confirm the booking. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe will result in the appointment being automatically canceled.
Session Start Policy:
At the commencement of the scheduled session, the doctor will initiate contact via WhatsApp with a message. No phone calls will be made. In case of delays, a notification will be sent in advance. The doctor will begin the session by sending a “Hi” message via WhatsApp at the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to respond to the confirmation message sent by our team will result in the automatic cancellation of the appointment.
Refund Policy:
All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another time slot. This policy takes effect from June 16, 2024, onwards.
Prescription Refill and Reissue Policy:
Consultation fees cover the session with the doctor and any prescriptions provided during the consultation. Follow-up appointments are advised to be scheduled promptly after the completion of a preceding consultation to ensure ongoing monitoring of medication effectiveness.
Prescription refills or requests for prescription reissues (in cases where the original prescription issued during the consultation was not utilised) will be subject to follow-up consultation fees. Patients are advised to book appointments accordingly to ensure continuity of treatment.
These policies are effective immediately and remain binding unless otherwise amended.
